Apparently, when the roof was installed 5 years ago, the builder did some shoddy work. There was a leak at two of the pipe collars and there were many shingles not covering the nails. Linta was able to make some temporary repairs to get us through the BIG storm. We received an estimate for the repair right away. On Tuesday we got a call, one week after initial contact, and they scheduled us for Wednesday, January 28!
